Don't Fucking Buy AZ Crusher – I Did and It Sucks

by splork on May 14, 2012

Today the Warrior Forum is throwing up on itself in excitement over some Amazon product referred to as AZ Crusher. I bought it for a huge sum of $18 and change. Fuck I am an idiot but there you go. You get what you pay for. I just *had* to check out the software for finding longtail keyword domains and the site builder. Holy shit is it crap. I figured it would make for a fun post and it didn’t disappoint much like their Azon Affiliate Crusher I reviewed earlier.

For the love of money every guburu with a list is exclaiming how fantastic the thing is. The comments on the offer page are glowing and I just have to wonder if I am retarded because I don’t get it. It’s like a cult of personality with these people licking the boots of their affiliate masters. Bunch of clapping moonbats.

The gist of the offer is two software products and a wad of “training” and “bonuses”.

As you may know, “curation” is the buzz word of the month. Everyone is talking about curating content onto their blog. Frankly, I have been curating shit for 5 years. Some of the best blogs and websites curate content. BFD. The AZ Site Builder no more curates content than my scrotum. It copies relevant sentences and creates a jumbled paragraph and subsequently a piece of shit webpage.

And of course the webpage it creates is a typical HTML page that anyone landing on will click out of as quickly as possible. The idea being that the thing is so much garbage that the fastest way out is via an Amazon link, ala 2004 directory generator sites.

The Longtail Domain Finder scrapes Google for keywords then checks to see if it is available as a domain. Then it helps you register it, no doubt, giving the guberus a tasty commission. Smart marketing but technically seemingly rather elementary. You don’t have the 20 seconds to take your new found keyword phrase and drop it into GoDaddy?

It has a bunch of “site traffic” videos that, really, who trusts this shit anymore? Besides it’s your typical article marketing, video, social crap you’ve seen a thousand times.

And yes there are bonuses. 1) They had a WSO a few months ago called Azon Affiliate Crusher that they are giving these new customers free access to. Fuck you old customers.

2) There is some Mindmap that nobody can figure out.

3) Something called “conversion mastery”. I can’t be bothered to even check this crap out.

4) Some keyword research guide from another website outfit. A standard Amazon affiliate guide and a super lame keyword research pack. Not sure how that works. Does everyone get the same refrigerator set of keywords and such?

5) You also get access to some Google Puss traffic package. Wonder where they got that PLR?

More? You bet. 6) A list of wiki and .edu sites which is their Google Panda and Penguin method. Oh and some tired content curation blueprint PLR PDF.

Still going. 7) An Amazon Review article pack. Might be useful but it too has been around the block a few years.

And lastly, I guess, I’m done looking, 8.) Amazon sales pages with graphics. I guess in case you find their site builder really crappy.

I am getting tired of all the products for Amazon. Is Amazon a money maker? Sure. Like most ideas for affiliate marketers it takes a lot of work to find the one site that will make you money. Most people give up way the hell before they are successful. Why people do not test ideas using Squidoo and other free sites is beyond me. They think that the next WSO is going to have the answer. No, it is going to be the answer to the marketer that wants your money and email address.

You know how salespages say “For the Price of a Medium-sized Pizza…”? Take the money and buy yourself a most delicious pizza. “For the Price of a Movie…” Yep. Go to the movies. “For the price of a latte…” Get yourself two cups. Take the dime sale money and fling it off a bridge. Glue it to the sidewalk and record the fun. Just don’t buy this WSO. Or really, any.

Splork,

I too occasionally fall prey to the almighty WSO – Have yet to buy one that lived up to its promises. The price of education I suppose. Still cheaper than going to college though.

The post where you talked about Pinterest finally compelled me take the leap and sign up with them. I was getting decent traffic to a page on one of my sites that someone had “pinned” so I figured it was time to see what the fuss is all about.

Pretty interesting stuff.

Thanks for the AZ crusher review too. I almost clicked on a link in one of my emails to check it out, but you have once again saved me and the other six readers of this blog valuable time as well as money.

How soon until the “Splork’s Guide To Making Money On Pinterest” is available?

Jack

@Jack – What I do is spend a few minutes re-pinning and liking some stuff on other folks boards. That’s to get people curious about my boards. Maybe I’ll get a few folks to follow my boards.

I pin three items: stuff I find on other websites, direct affiliate links and stuff from my own sites – mostly Squidoo.

I make sure my boards and pins are well described in the best keyword traditions.

I really like creating multiple Squidoo lenses and collect them onto a single board. For instance if I create lenses on survival knife, backpack and tent I’ll pin all those on a board for Outdoor Survival, plus add double those of stuff I find on other sites just to mix it up and keep from getting hit as a spammer.

I’ve found that women stuff still works best. Shoes, jewelry, clothes, furniture and crap like that.

The Warrior Forum Circle Jerk is alive and well. And by the way, who the fuck is Allen Says? There is no way that guy really exists. Is there any chance that Allen Says is Paul Myers?

I appreciate the heads up on this WSO. I almost bough it myself but figured I should keep my money for more useful things. I used to think WSO’s were great because of their low prices. This was until I looked through my paypal account and noticed I was wasting too much money. I’m still a niche site fan but I am starting to diversify with Squidoo and Hubpages. I was surprised at how much traffic the average Squidoo lense can bring.

Your posts are always full of useful content and a few laughs.

If others would join, I would gladly hand you $5 per month to go out and buy more of these products. The entertainment value of your reviews is well worth the price!

@Unemployed Dad – thanks for reading. Someone told me long ago I should charge for membership to Lost Ball and use the funds to review all the crap.

I figured I’d save everyone the money and just suggest that everything is crap.

Plus then I’d become what I despise.

The only decent thing i ever bought from the warrior forum is Tony Marriot’s 20 Min Blogs. It does exactly what it says on the tin plus he never sends you crap after crap trying to sell you sh*t. Plus i actually earned money of the blogs i created using his blog template and following his method. But of course penguin screwed that up,lol. But if i was not so lazy i could get them ranking again.
But yeah the majority of stuff being sold on there is utter garbage and nearly all the reviews are ass kissing lies!
Thanks for the heads up and another awesome post splork:)

You can’t fall for a WSO if you never go to the WF. I haven’t been there in years. I have no reason to ever go there again either. I’ve got better things to do and I already know how to make money online.

Seth – I somewhat agree.

–response/comment to all follows–

Though I will say there are plenty of things to learn and every once in a while you can luck into something that is useful. I bought Keyword Blazer Pro and PageOne Curator recently as cheap WSO’s and find them extremely helpful for some of the activities I do. I’d rather have them as dimesale WSO’s than paying retail a few months down the road from some Crapbank offer.

It’s funny how people think about spending money online. I regard most WSO’s with disdain because they are truly crap. And maybe because I have a full Paypal account I can be a bit flip about my purchases but sometimes it’s worthwhile to “invest” in knowledge. There are plenty of people out there that have better ideas than me. For every AZ Crusher software I’ll come across a PageOne Curator. I’ll return one and keep the other. If I buy some knowledge then as long as I get one good idea from the offer then paying $17 is really nothing.

How many WSO’s have I bought this year? 8. Three software. See above. One Amazon theme that didn’t really make much difference. One Google Plus info package for IM. I knew nothing about Google Plus but now I do. Still don’t care anything about it, but for $17 it’s a good resource in the event I do. One shitty Azon Affiliate Crusher info pack from the same people that created the shitty AZ Crusher software. And a couple of Pinterest products that had a couple of good ideas. Worth the $8 or whatever paid. Come to think of it I paid less than $100 for all these products. Hell, I’d be happy to pay $100 for the keyword product from Steve Clayton knowing what I know now and the use I get from it. Hell if you buy it now you pay $47. I paid $17. You just never know.

Am I saying run out and buy every WSO now? Hell. No. Only to keep an open mind to the knowledge that is out there. 95% is crap. But if you know nothing about Pinterest or marketing on Amazon then there is no worries in trying to find some info to learn from. You won’t necessarily make money because of the WSO but it can help you understand what you don’t. Then you can make money. But don’t run out and buy the next Amazon product because the last didn’t make you any money. They never help. And if you have a need like keyword research that is no longer being met with the tools you currently use (pointing at self) then if something new comes up then it’s worth a try out. And maybe you get lucky.

And I will be here to document the crap that is being spewed as WSO’s. Just because they are released onto fancy dashboards does not mean they will be worth a crap.

I don’t know what it is, but from my own experience I’ve picked up maybe 1 or 2 good WSOs for every 10 I’ve bought.

Can’t remember the last good one though.

Not sure what it is about that WF place, but it kinda lulls you into a stupor and if you spend enough time there you come out $10 or $20 lighter.

And when I have greater clarity of thought I often feel like I’m the only sane man stuck in an insane asylum.

I looked at a demo site, I couldn’t believe it. It was a total piece of shit, I think people are trying to create amazon affiliate related shit too fast and not putting very much time and effort into whats being created. AZ Crusher idea has potential, but needs to be overhauled by someone that gives a crap.

You knows guys, I was tempted to buy this WSO at first (I even clicked buy button already but didn’t make payment yet). I was doing a research on his websites which he showed on his sales page. It made me curious, those site are far from being an authority sites which will give hundreds dollar a month. Those sites are even not created by using the software he promoted.

I did more research as he mentioned he got more than $6000 with around 50 sites. And I found almost all his websites (don’t ask me how, I just have a method for that) but none of them are created by using his software and has decent traffic. This guy didn’t want to show his website that’s created by the software even though some people asked him.

Hi guys, it’s not too late to ask for a refund. $18 is not small amount of money! The seller have sent an email to his subscriber with example of website that he builds: http://golftipsdriving.org

To ask for a refund, simply email to support@azcrusher.com or you can send a support email from the members area. Provide details of transaction Id (on Paypal receipt) and your email address. I would provide almost everything they need to know from my Paypal receipt so that they don’t have any excuse to delay it. Hope this helps and maybe i’ll be getting a refund too soon. Thanks to this honest website review!

Is everybody at WaFo drinking Chlorox bleach at home or something and giving themselves amnesia? Because last time I checked, Amazon was still highly likely to be discontinuing its affiliate programs in different states, and it already banned affiliates in several states. So in the rush to build sites exploiting Amazon’s affiliate program, it’s worse than almost anything other “constantly shifting sand” type of website building strategy because your work could be pointless overnight.

Not that Google isn’t already making that a constant in all our lives.

@Mizz – yea I got that email. The text that they curated (scraped) is shit. I asked for a refund this morning. Don’t expect a no questions asked refund because “support” asked me questions. Still waiting…

Reply

Splork May 16, 2012 at 6:28 pm

@Amnesia – yea it could be a problem if you were generating a lot of commissions. If that is the case setting up an LLC out of state could work.

One way around it is to create Squidoo lenses and use their Amazon modules. Unless you are selling a shitload your Amazon commission will be 4%. Squidoo sells a lot so they are already at the 8% max. They share so in effect you are getting 4% on any sales through Squidoo for Amazon anyway.

Crap. I bought this a few days ago and it has been sitting idle in an open Firefox window because I haven’t had the time to check it out. I was going to review it on my blog and plop an affiliate link up, but now I will probably not after seeing nobody stand up for the 2 softwares…the software is why I bought AZ Crusher, not the training. I don’t give a flying fuck about the PLR eBook bonuses either. As a matter of fact, I offer subscribers to my list on my blog the content curation PLR. Funny. Ranking sites isn’t hard, and keyword research is easy with Keyword Blaze Pro. No affiliation, that’s just the straight up truth. . I couldn’t put a finger on it before, but something just wasn’t compelling me to jump in. I don’t know why. But I think I agree that its crap and I haven’t even tried it yet. But maybe I am just going off my experience with Wiki Nuke ;)

Reply

Splork May 16, 2012 at 10:25 pm

@Brent – KBP is definitely a great product. I’ve been using the niche storm button to find keywords worth building Squidoo lenses for. That button alone was worth the $17 just for ideas. And that doesn’t count the research robot that I’ve hardly had time to mess with or even the typical keyword research. Just a nice product.

@Spork. Thank you for the review. I was late, but I already see the crap that everyone was pointing out.

I used their templates on my already built amazon sites. I noticed a decrease in click-throughs and conversions. How sad. I removed it and went back to my old theme which I customized. Thesis and I’m back to my normal results.

I wish I had cash to put into a custom thesis theme, or the programming knowledge. So that building great amazon sites would be easier for me.

PS: I’m curious about Squidoo Lens. I know nothing of them. Would you point me to the right direction?

Reply

Splork May 17, 2012 at 9:06 am

@Logan – One of the reasons I was curious about this package was for the web builder. I figured, and should have known better, that it would have been crap, but I am a bit tired of Thesis. It works and I keep going back to it even after trying out other “premium” themes. Guess stick with what works.

Squidoo – You need to log on, create an account and start building. It’s simple to use. Just add modules. Cruise around and see what other people are doing. Look at the categories. Get involved. Participate in polls, comments. Like others lenses. Try to earn trophies. Earn points.

And do not use any duplicate content. None. Zip. You will get busted and the lens locked. I used a blurb on one last week where the only non-original content was a technical description I copied from the website. My lens was locked. I had to start over.

You could check out the link below. I think it’s got a bunch of useful ideas.
http://www.squidoo.com/topics/squidoo-community/lensmaking-tips/lens-tutorials

http://squidutils.com/
is a great website for building, monetizing and promoting your Squidoo sites.

It is not a fast and easy money maker. Think of it in terms of a free landing page. Built on the social power of Squidoo. Promote your lens via Tumblr, Stumbleupon, Twitter and Pinterest, among others, and some of your lenses might do OK.

Splork -

Here’s another hyperventilated WSO that needs to go on your shit list: Alex Jeffrey’s “$1 Million in 21 Days”.

I’m usually immune to this “Instant Profit” shit but he pushed a couple of my buttons and it was only 11 bucks so I bit.

Big freakin’ deal – a 2 hour video badly shot and with poor sound from one of his training seminars, a dozen semi-literate emails and an 84 page ebook with one message (“[T]he best way to make money is to give stuff away for free to build a mailing list…”) which I already heard from Frank Kern.

The main training video didn’t display properly (and froze up completely in one browser) and didn’t download through my Firefox plugin, and the sound quality stunk.

No PPT or PDF with the slides from the training video (which you couldn’t see on the part of the video that displayed OK for a few seconds).

No PDF with a transcript or even an outline.

So, here’s another WSO for the newbies who will never “get it” or do it and for suckers like me.

I think this might have been my final inoculation against this kind of crap.

I’ve dumped all my “guru” email subscriptions and deleted the link to Warrior Forum (just a bunch of scumbags who sell IM crap to each other and to suckers).

It was only $11 so I’m not even going to bother to request a refund (maybe that’s what they’re hoping) and just write it off as an educational expense…

Back to work.

Caveat Emptor, indeed.

P.S. I didn’t even bother to post a negative comment of WF — I’d just get shit on by all the hyper-hucksters promoting this thing. Rule 17: Never get in a fight with pigs – you all get dirty and the pigs like it.

Reply

Splork May 18, 2012 at 9:35 am

@Robert – Yea, these under $20 WSO’s are easy to waste money on.

I still haven’t gotten a refund from AZ Crusher.

You’re right, there is never a reason to post negatives on the WF. Too many folks with agendas trying to get an affiliate payout, clapping moonbats or folks wanting to justify their purchase.

I went through an email purge yesterday as well. Got off 4 lists I stupidly found myself on.

I am at the point that if the “training” does not offer downloadable videos then I’m not interested. I take those videos and drop them in VLC and speed it up 1.5 to 2X speed. You can still understand it and it speeds up the crap.

Salman, can we see at least one site built with this software?

I was looking at this via an email from some Chinese marketer chick, apparently Dan has over 100 sites making $5,000 collectively per month. I’m sorry but $50 per site a month is nothing short of pathetic. Minus domain costs and time, it aint worth getting out of bed for. Dan then says in the sales literature that he has 50 sites. Porky pies again.

What makes me laugh is all of the kiss-ass reviews on the Warrior Forum for this product saying they have used it and its great. But we never see any examples, so its obviously fabricated BS.

The whole WF thing is a con.
I have done 5 tests when buying from that place and all 5 tests came back with amazing results.
I created 5 separate email addresses just to use for purchasing the 5 different products from the WF.
And guess what? Around 2-4 weeks after making my purchase (and obviously asking for refunds so i can keep the product for free) i started getting emails form other spam shit all around the world! what the bastard sellers on the WF are doing is after making our purchases they then go and sell our email addresses in the hundreds for a nice tidy sum of cash to other spam companies! What a bunch of spasticated twats eh?
5 times i tried it without ever sending any emails from all 5 adresses but after making the purchases the spam emails started coming through, its another way fro those to make more money from us by selling our email addresses. So guys…….beware of the fuckers!
Either buy a product and then download everything and ask for a refund (after all its only worth selling for free), or do a product search on google using the [get] search phrase before your product name and download not only the product but the OTO’s and bonus’s for free too. I do it all the time now. fuck them all ;)
And to the “2″ retards above who made some childish comments……..
This is what happens when cousins marry!! lol
